Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in crafting enticing menus that showcase the best of local ingredients and pair seamlessly with our on-site beverages.
  • Utilize the abundance of vegetables and herbs grown on-site to create dishes that highlight the freshness of our produce.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Take part in exciting on-site photoshoots, showcasing your culinary creations in a stunning vineyard setting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.

  • Creative flair and a desire to contribute to menu development.
  • Knowledge or interest in working with wines, ciders, whiskey, and brandy.
